  1. Just one of the lies in the video: straight marriage is called bad? Really?

Human beings are in the image of God: loving, powerful and creative. We learn about morality. We learn that it is wrong to stuff people into boxes; we appreciate diversity.

You have to realise that the condemnation of rubbish like your video is a moral condemnation. I despise your views as immoral. God forgive you!

    • Hi Clare. Thank you for your comments. But the “straight marriage” that you refer to in the video, presumably the one with a married man and a woman who bear children (like my family in reality), does not called it bad. But it is being called painted as bad by society – and that is the lie that the video speaks about. The warning of Scripture is that because of the immorality of the age, “men will call good bad and bad good” (Isaiah 5:20). I agree with you that the Bible teaches that humans are made in the image of a holy, just, merciful, and loving God. Our morality should therefore come from who he is. Like Jesus, I appreciate the diversity between man and woman, Jew and Gentile, ect. But also like Jesus, he condemns all sexual activity other than between a married man and woman – which is what the video is presenting as a forced dogma (homosexuality is good – that’s the lie) upon the biblical definition of marriage. My marriage to Cheryl is patterned after Christ’s union with his bride, the church, those who love Jesus, for he died in my place, and by faith in his perfect righteousness for me, and repentance of my many sins, I am forgiven by Christ and made a new creature in him.
I’m glad you took the time out of your day to comment. Thank you again.
